(Green Star being for Environmentally Friendly) Rainbow Retreat Wilderness Eco Lodge and Cabins is on St Patricks Head, just out of St Marys. We have 75 acres of regrowth bush, which backs onto St Patricks Head State Reserve and overlooks the north east coast of Tasmania with stunning views of the coast from Falmouth to Flinders Island. We are situated 10km from St Marys and about

At Rainbow Retreat we serve you with our gourmet food hampers. Each hamper consists of 3 courses, soups, mains, sweets and seasonal local fruit, fresh home made bread, baked in our wood fired oven, tea and coffee. We also stock a selection of Tasmanian wines and beers. If you have any dietary needs please let us know wherever possible we will endeavour to please.

There are numerous walks and rock climbing areas surrounding our property and we have the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of Tasmania. Our property has many protected species, such as the unique Blind Velvet Worm, Tasmanian White Goshawk, Wedge Tailed Eagle, Spotted Tailed Quoll, Swift Parrot and Bandicoots. We also have Tassie Devils, Potoroos, Wedge Tail Eagle, Echidnas, Black Cockatoos, Scarlet Robins, Ringtail Possums, Pygmy Possums to name a few, as well as many varieties of flora, too many to mention.
