Guest area consists of lounge/dining room, bathroom and bedroom and can accommodate up to three guests when using the sofa bed.
Bedroom - queen size bed with cotton or linen bed coverings. Luxurious cotton bathrobes and towels, Iron/ironing board
Bathroom – chemical free, stocked with organic 'Out of Eden' products
Lounge Room - own entrance from the veranda, TV, DVD and CD player, wide range of books, movies and music, telephone / fax / modem point, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, slow combustion stove for winter fires, ducted gas central heating, air-conditioning in summer.
Veranda - have breakfast served here in the warmer months. An excellent vantage point for dolphin spotting, sailing races and viewing the enormous cruise liners as they arrive and depart Outer Harbour.

Breakfast is served in your lounge/dining room overlooking the sea, or on the veranda in the warmer months if you choose. The extensive menu features fresh seasonal, organic and biodynamic produce as much as possible. Fruit and vegetables from the local markets, home preserved fruits with no added sugar, porridge from organic oats, homemade muesli, and bio-dynamic yogurts just to start with.

A selection of hand made breads, homemade jams and marmalades and Kangaroo Island organic honey are available and pancakes with fresh lemon. Butter and extra virgin cold pressed olive oil only are used in our cooking.
