Our stand alone; state of the art Clare Convention Centre features the Inchiquin Room and the Board Room and provides car parking, amenities, kitchen and bar facilities.

Our Functions Coordinator Tanya Jarvis is pleased to facilitate all your conference needs and can arrange delegate speakers, team building activities or Pre and Post touring for delegates.
Fine Dining...
Our a'la'carte restaurant can seat up to 120 people and is open 7 days a week. The wine list and restaurant menu are updated seasonally. Our restaurant exclusively promotes Clare Valley wines giving you the perfect opportunity to sample wines you may not have discovered!
Our separate bar area is ideal for pre or post dinner drinks and has a cosy country feel with an open log fire! Private dinners can be organised in separate function areas or in the main restaurant. Picnics and BBQ packs can be organised for guests to take away on a daily outing or to use in one of our many BBQ picnic areas on the resort. Catering can also be organised outdoors on the lawns if required.
