Bungaree offers a range of function venues ideal for your next birthday party, wedding ceremony, reception, fundraising dinner or conference. For exclusive use, the property can be closed to the general public for a private function.
Historic Bungaree Station is essentially a village within a pastoral property, situated 140km north of Adelaide and 12km north of Clare in the famous Clare Valley wine district.

| The station offers a better insight into the rural 19th century than any museum. Many of the buildings remain outwardly unchanged since the horse and buggy days and Bungaree is still run by the descendants of the founding Hawker family.

| School Excursions and Camps...
Bungaree is an educational and recreational experience for people of all ages, be it for a day trip or a week long camp. The Shearers' Quarters is an ideal location for school camps on a BYO sleeping bag and airbed basis. There is a large dining room and kitchen, and each room is fitted with a wood burning stove for warmth in winter and ceiling fans for the summer. The alternative is comfortable heritage cottage accommodation where beds and bedding are provided. You may bring your own food, BBQ facilities are available, but if you choose not to cook, meals can be provided at a reasonable cost. We are willing to share our knowledge of the local folklore, and those many historical and environmental issues affecting our country.
